✦ We begin our sessions with a Grounding Ritual, incorporating smoke cleansing, breath work & intention setting, to help relax the nervous system and ground your energy.
✦ Whether you are looking to reduce stress, release muscle tension, heal your trauma or simply enjoy a relaxing massage, I am here to help you.
Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and relaxed during their massage, that's why I offer extra large bedding and a padded table that holds up to 200kgs!
